FROM LIST TO SHIPMENT
From material list to shipment.
Structural design and on-site installation are not included in the material supply scope.
Supplier sourcing
Obtain supplier quotations against the list and check the main materials and matching parts together. Confirm the product specifications and items included in the quotation.
Fabrication follow-up
Pass the approved drawing revision and fabrication requirements to suppliers. Follow up the production schedule and report progress against the order.
Quality documentation
Confirm who performs each required check and which records are needed. Collect supplier material and inspection records, identified against the order.
Packing & labelling
Arrange packing and protection by product, project area or shipment batch. Check package labels and quantities against the packing list.
Export shipment
Arrange cargo consolidation, loading and export shipment. Match the dispatch information and accompanying documents to each shipment batch.
QUALITY & TRACEABILITY
Checks and records for your order.
Before ordering, confirm the inspection scope, acceptance requirements, responsible parties and required records. Suppliers carry out the agreed production checks and provide their records; VANRELY follows up the checks and reviews the documents. Any customer-appointed inspection must be arranged as part of the order.

Fabrication & inspection
- Member references and dimensional records
- Weld inspection or non-destructive testing (NDT) records, as specified for the order
- Coating dry film thickness (DFT) or galvanizing records, where specified
Packing & delivery
- Package numbers and packing lists
- Agreed delivery documents and document index
Link records through the agreed member and package references so receiving teams can check the shipment and retrieve documents later.
SURFACE PROTECTION
Specify the protection system with the steel.

| Paint system | Surface preparation; compatible primer, intermediate coat and topcoat; dry film thickness per coat and in total; colour and touch-up requirements. Recoating intervals follow the product instructions. |
| Hot-dip galvanizing | Specified galvanizing requirements, coating thickness and inspection requirements. |
| Fire protection | The specified fire-protection system, performance requirements and compatible coating products. |
Touch-up materials, coating tools and inspection instruments can be supplied to order.
FABRICATION FOLLOW-UP
Follow the work from cutting to final inspection.
The order specifies which fabrication stages and checks apply. We follow up these stages with the supplier using the approved drawings and project requirements.
PACKING & DISPATCH
Make every batch identifiable.
Check quantities, markings and required records against the order. Coordinate protection and labels for each product group, then align the packing list, dispatch batches and shipment documents.
