Can I enquire before my drawings are complete?
Yes. Send a product description, approximate quantities and destination. Include the drawings or material list you already have. We can identify what still needs to be clarified before the order is confirmed.
Which products can be supplied together?
Our supply range covers structural steel, metal roofing and wall cladding, sandwich panels, daylighting, roof accessories, fasteners and anchorage. Project installation supplies can also be reviewed against your material list.
Can you fabricate to our drawings?
VANRELY coordinates fabrication to customer-approved drawings and project specifications. Confirm the drawing revision, material grades, dimensions, holes, connection details and finishes. Structural design and on-site installation are not included in the material supply scope.
Is a profile width enough to match roof sheets and daylighting?
No. Provide the complete model, section drawing and joint details. Products with the same nominal cover width may have different rib heights, pitches or joints. HV470 also distinguishes trim datum span from individual sheet width.
How do I specify sandwich panels?
Specify the core series, roof or wall use, joint form, cover width, panel thickness and cut length. Add outer and inner steel thicknesses, coating, colour, matching trims and performance requirements for the selected product.
Are the listed colour references RAL codes?
The listed colour codes are supplier references, not RAL codes. More colours and RAL matching can be reviewed for the order. Confirm the coating and final colour against a physical sample.
Are high-strength bolts supplied as complete sets?
Yes, to the selected connection specification. The listed heavy-hex set contains one bolt, one nut and two washers. The tension control set contains one bolt, one nut and one washer. Grade, finish, applicable standard and batch records must match the order.
What quality records can accompany the order?
Agree the required scope before ordering. Depending on the products, this can include material certificates, member and dimensional records, agreed weld or NDT records, coating or galvanizing records, packing lists and a document index.
What are the minimum quantity, price and lead time?
These depend on the product, sizes, fabrication, finish and total order. Send quantities and requested dates for review. Pricing, payment terms and delivery commitments are confirmed in the quotation and agreed order.
Can mixed materials be packed by project area or batch?
Packing and labels can be coordinated by product type, project area or shipment batch. Agree member marks, package numbers, protection requirements and the receiving sequence with the supply list.
How do I send drawings or confidential project files?
Email files to sales@vanrely.com with your project reference and drawing revision. The website form collects your enquiry text and contact details. Tell us about confidentiality requirements before sending restricted project information.
What happens after I submit an enquiry?
Complete the verification step. Sales will review your requirements and follow up through the contact details provided. An enquiry is not a quotation or order acceptance. If needed, contact us directly by email or WhatsApp.
