Surface protection options
VANRELY coordinates surface preparation, painting, hot-dip galvanizing and fire protection to the agreed project specifications. Touch-up materials, coating tools and inspection instruments can be included in the order.
Paint system
Confirm surface preparation; compatible primer, intermediate coat and topcoat; dry film thickness per coat and in total; colour and touch-up requirements. Recoating intervals follow the product instructions.
Hot-dip galvanizing
Confirm the specified galvanizing requirements, coating thickness and inspection requirements.
Fire protection
Confirm the selected fire-protection system, performance requirements and compatible coating products.
04 / PRODUCT DETAILS
Production checks and supporting records
VANRELY coordinates fabrication and inspection requirements with suppliers. The order identifies who performs each check, who issues the records and which documents VANRELY reviews.
Fabrication checks
The project scope may include incoming-material checks, cutting, assembly, welding, straightening, machining, surface protection and final inspection. Request any customer-appointed or third-party inspection in the enquiry, with its scope and required report.
Linked material and delivery records
Agree how heat numbers and material certificates (MTC) link to member references, dimensional records, weld records and any specified non-destructive testing (NDT) records. Include coating or galvanizing records, package numbers, packing lists and a document index as required.
